- Currently Research Hive, LLC collects only information provided by the visitor to the website www.researchhive.com
- This information includes: Name, Company Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Phone Number, and is collected
only when the user submits it
- This information is never shared with any third party for any reason, unless and until a formal agreement is
signed bet ween the visitor to purchase services provided by
- Research Hive, LLC. If purchasing services, this information is only shared with sub - contractors
of Research Hive, LLC for the purposes of providing the services only.
- Research Hive, LLC maintains contracts with all Sub -Contractors limiting their use and access to
all personally identifiable information.
- When visitors purchase access to the mobile and web applications provided by Research Hive, LLC, they agree
to Terms and Conditions, End User License
- Agreem ent, and a Business Associates Agreement, all of which govern and delineate the data
contained within the applications. These Agreements are provided on a
case -by-case basis to every customer.
- If the operator maintains a process for an individual consume r who uses or visits its commercial Web site
or online service to review and request changes to any of his or her personally identifiable information
that is collected through the Web site or online service, provide a description of that process.
- Research Hive, LLC collects minimal information, as describ ed above, thus there is no current
process in place for consumers to modify the information they provide, as only information provided
by them initially is collected. There should be no reason to modify it.
- Describe the process by which the operator notifies consumers who use or visit its
commercial Web site or online service of material changes to the operator's privacy policy for that Web site
or online service.
- If changes to this policy occur, no user who has submitted their information prior to the change
will be affected unless notified by email or phone call. New visitors after the change has been made
will be held to the new policy that is published a nd available publicly.
